Not having a TV, I've only just heard about Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, a Channel 4 series about chocolate entrepreneur Willie Harcourt-Cooze and his dreams of growing, importing and manufacturing high-end chocolate products in England. Although there's no video online, there is a selection of photos from each of the four episodes of the show, the last part of which was shown last night, alongside some of Willie's recipes - I particularly like the Black Beans one. And make sure you don't miss the feature on chocolate ad blasts from the past, including the caramel bunny, the Man from Milk Tray and - of course - "Ambassador! You are spoiling us".

Caroline, Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory is available to watch on 4OD which is available in UK and Ireland. 4OD is Channel 4's download and playback service and it's available here!! unlike the BBC's iplayer!
I've been watching some classic cookery telly on this service over the weekend! The women from the River Cafe doing Italian.
Wow! You're right Suzy. Thanks for that tip. I've just spent the last while signing up and browsing - Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory, Beyond River Cottage, Jamie At Home, A Cook's Tour of Spain, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares, Jamie's Fowl Dinners... (not to mention Black Books, Father Ted and Teachers!)
Ah don't blame me when you don't get any work done!! LOL A Cooks Tour of Spain is not bad at all - so much better than Thomasina's first series Wild Gourmets!
You're not far wrong, Suzy. It's a major distraction! Have really enjoyed watching Willie's Wonky Choc Factory the last couple of nights and your information came at a perfect time for the currently-off-work-sick Husband, who will be ever grateful for this access to documentaries on parapenting on Everest (as far as I gathered!) that he can watch from his sickbed.
