I particularly liked the tip about freezing cookie dough. I've a list of recipes I want to try so that I always have a ready supply of slice-and-bake cookies to hand. Little Missy - who is currently cooing up at me as I write - has other thoughts on the subject, making it her business to want food or to get out of bed whenever I try to get stuck into things in the kitchen!
